Australian orders

The majority of our Australian orders will be shipped using Fastway. For destinations where Fastway don’t deliver, your orders will be posted via Australia Post. This included PO Boxes. Once your orders have been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please keep an eye on your “junk” folder, as sometimes our emails will be found there.

International Orders

All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post. You will also receive tracking information via email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Public Holidays, peak times (eg Christmas) and “Sale” orders.

I endeavour to get your orders out as fast as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your items to be shipped (mon-fri) in peak times eg Christmas and SALE times. I get inundated with orders during these times and I try my absolute hardest to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding. Courtney x
